When you are responsible for the air traffic control systems throughout Australia, you need to have reliable systems. AirServices Australia is a government-owned corporation providing safe and environmentally sound air traffic control management and related airside services to the aviation industry. Each year, AirServices manages air traffic operations for more than three million domestic and international flights carrying some 47 million passengers.
As part of the selection process for the new web content management to be used for managing their public site and Intranet for a distributed workforce of over 3,000 staff throughout Australia, the Canberra-based team at AirServices Australia were very thorough in their analysis and review of over 120 different CMS software products. They chose to deploy IBC’s Verdi Enterprise CMS system. IBC has assisted in the design, deployment and training of key staff for the release of AvNet, the intranet system. The new public site built in Verdi is to be launched in 2008.

When Cengage Learning in Melbourne wanted to provide a comprehensive facility to allow for the ordering and purchase of their huge catalogue online, they turned to IBC Solutions to provide the solution. Fully integrated with IBC’s Verdi Enterprise Content Management System, the custom-built e-commerce system supports the sale, ordering and distribution of thousands of books every week.

Resulting from extensive consultation between Clearpond and IBC, this pond equipment wholesaler's new website was developed to be the number one information resource for those seeking to install a pond. users of the site can use Clearpond's interactive Pond Creator and Calculator to create their dream pond from hundreds of possible combinations. Using Web Ninja as the powerhouse backend ecommerce engine, Clearpond's system integrates with their Exonet accounting system, allowing customers to access account information, stock availability, status of order, and online warranty registration, all without Clearpond needing to duplicate work.

When IFAP needed a solution to empower specific client members to book their safety training courses online, IFAP turned to IBC Solutions to help. The custom-built web application developed by IBC is integrated with IFAP’s iMIS membership management and accounting back-office systems for a seamless and secure solution.

Disability Services Commission (Perth)
IBC’s extensive consulting with the Disability Services Commission’s (DSC) external and internal stakeholders has resulted in a new approach to information architecture and functionality for several major new DSC websites including Disability WA. These sites, which comply with stringent usability and accessibility guidelines, are a major resource for people living with disabilities and their families and friends. The best solution for DSC involved IBC working with partners including NetCat and ISYS, and drew upon IBC’s expertise for information architecture, content management, complex systems integration and the development of multiple accessibility tools such as high contrast style sheets, multi text size options and the latest in text to speech readers.

Economic Regulation Authority (Perth)
Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) administers industry-specific legislation for the Western Australian electricity, gas, rail, and water service industries. The ERA website needed a robust and scalable enterprise content management system capable of managing their thousands of policies, papers, licenses and reports. IBC built the solution using Verdi V2.6 with a customised Document Library and advanced search interface capable of searching the matrix of data managed through the ERA system.

WA Health Department, Health Protection Group (Perth)
In the event of a health crisis, the WA Health Department must be prepared to communicate critical information to people throughout WA and beyond. The Health Department chose Verdi V2.6 as the content management system to rely upon in these times of need. With the help of IBC’s consulting recommendations on Information Architecture, Needs Analysis and Interface Design, the new solution seamlessly amalgamates four prior Health department sites into the one online system.
Sensear
Sensear is an Australian company that has developed innovative technology enabling speech communication to be heard in high noise environments, without the need to remove hearing protection.
IBC Solutions' brief was to add a cost-effective shopping cart facility to the existing Sensear website so that Sensear could sell their line of products globally over the web and have complete control of the sale process. The shop had to tie in seamlessly with the current site design. If you visit the site, you will see a big, orange "BUY ONLINE" button in the header. Click on that to access the shopping cart.

Termimesh France
Termimesh is expanding to Europe and they've set up shop in France which looks like being the EU headquarters. They needed a site to help develop a presence and inform the French public about Termimesh. IBC Solutions has previously built sites for the Termimesh group catering to markets in Australia, USA, Singapore and China.
The French site is identical in every way to termimesh.com.au - apart from the language of course. Termimesh France has its own admin console but it's integrated with the other Termimesh sites using a series of XML and JavaScript files to display the appropriate language.
