The team at IBC Solutions are a great bunch of people. We're a dedicated group, the best in our field and we like what we do. This is evident from the fact most of us have been at IBC for many years and because of this we have developed great friendships with each other and our clients.

We are friends inside and outside of work and because of this, we generally have a lot of fun. (The IBC social club and the beer club are a bit of fun too...) But we also work pretty hard, and every now and again we may have to work back after hours to ensure we meet project and client deadlines. It's just part of the job when you're on the IBC team.
