IBC Digital provides Australian-hosted website, application and mobile app middleware hosting for government, local government, regulated-sector, commercial and community organisations.
Our production hosting environment is operated from NEXTDC P2 Perth, with backup and disaster recovery capability using NEXTDC P1 Malaga. This gives clients a secure Western Australian hosting model with strong data sovereignty, professional monitoring, controlled access, backup processes and support from the same team that builds and maintains their digital platforms.
For clients with an active maintenance agreement, we also provide a staging / UAT environment at no additional hosting charge. This staging environment is hosted separately through our HostAway Malaga environment and is used for patch testing, content review, QA, UAT and release validation before production deployment.

Our hosting services include monitoring, backups, patching, access control, SSL/TLS, WAF configuration, staging environments, support reporting and optional high availability architecture where a client’s uptime requirements justify the additional cost.
For most clients, we recommend a secure and cost-effective 99.9% availability hosting model. For clients requiring higher availability, we can design and price load balanced, replicated or multi-site architectures.
