Our process

We like to be proactive so IBC provides a full end-to-end service for your solution planning, implementation, hosting and management. We will help you define your requirements - and then provide, find or build the best web solution to exactly meet your needs.

We like to hear from clients so the first thing we do is to appoint a project manager as your first point of call. Your project manager will be with you from the start through to the finish of your website development project and will intimately get to know your business and your project. They will know all the details every step of the way and will make sure everything adheres to project plans-on time and on budget.

We get to know you and your business. Because clients have unique requirements and business operations, our project managers like to start with an open meeting or web solution consultation to get to know your organisation's core values and your exact online needs for now and into the future. We discuss best fit web solutions and help you prioritise needs against budget and time constraints. We can come to you or you can meet us at our Perth office. Not in Western Australia? Not to worry we can still come to you or we can have an online meeting.

IBC then plan and document your web solution. IBC write project plan documents that detail technical specifications, responsibilities, time schedules and budgets. Project plan documents outline the personalised web solution we create for you, it will reflect your business operations true core and position your product in the best light. We often start with existing proven software platforms, content management systems such as our Verdi CMS or Drupal as a base for your web solution, and then customise it with specific modules, designs or operations to make it exactly right for you.

We track project progress according to who, what, when, how long, and how much and we have a solid 'change management' process to ensure that all changes or enhancements required are planned and managed. Everything is fully documented and approved before changes are included in the project plan documentation. We then build you a great business website or web solution.

When your website or web solution is live we are with you every step of the way and help guide you through this first three month testing phase to ensure everything runs as it should in the live environment.

Ongoing service and support. We allocate you a client manager. The client manager will be on hand to assist you when required. It is their job to check in with you and your web solution from time to time to monitor progress and give out helpful advice. At this time we will also go through terms and conditions and service plans and any other services, such as our hosting and digital marketing services that you may need to support your website solution.

Training and advice. We also offer training for you and staff as required. We make it easy for you to understand how to use your website and all the features it may come with. Basically our team is always ready to offer support and advice and to do the hard work of updating, enhancing and maintaining your website solution.
